Recently, the Saved Women with Amazing Grace, SWAG, a wing of Mothers of the Nations, MON, gathered to highlight the vision behind the initiative.

According to the President – General of Swag Nation, Bishop Priscilla Otuya, the initiative will amongst other things better the lots of young women towards becoming players in social entrepreneurship.

“As a minister of the gospel for over 36 years, who has been called to work with women, peculiar women I love to address as ‘ordinary women of extraordinary God doing exploits’, the experience has been awesome, Otuya pointed.

Continuing , she stressed that across societal divides are women pushed into wrong living by circumstances, and are viciously labeled by people or systems that should rather support and redeem them.

” I am called for these women who carry untapped anointing.
” Our Lord Jesus Christ did not scare the woman with 7 demons, rather He drew her close and gave her a chance at life again.
” Same was the case of the woman at the well who had husbands.
” Life nurtured those women preparatory for their great evangelistic lives.
” As a minister, I never trained at the Bible school. God allowed life to train me. Of course, we are not supposed to train in Bible schools, yes I boldly say this for good reasons”, Otuya revealed.
She proceeded saying that Saved Women With Amazing Grace are the women who are called out to work for God at a critical time as this.
” With the right empowerment, SWAG Nation will heal nations by divine leading , and I am so blessed to be championing an initiative that will develop the women for sustainable social activities and enterprises that will ultimately amplify the voices of women”, Otuya noted.
The crucial meeting took place inside Peninsular Garden, Ajah, Lagos.
