Preparatory to the fast approaching 2023 general elections, an independent society watch group, Crusaders International Alliance, CIA has rated the Accord party in Ogun State higher than the rest.
The survey which relied on quality data drawn from the different local govt areas of the state for its judgement, is an independent effort of the group towards strengthening democracy in Nigeria.
Accordingly, the CIA, through a result revealed by their South West directorate, the Accord party in the state parades a super manifesto behind which manifestos of the other contending forces are trailing.
The result contained that Accord’s manifesto is such that prioritized free / affordable education, robust industrial and healthcare investments, agricultural revolution and accelerated infrastructural revamp.
Further , it disclosed the enviable educational pedigree of the party’s gubernatorial standard bearer , Dr. Yomi Omosanya, vis a vis his distinctive character and meritorious private sector productivity, sandwiched between layers of patriotic tendencies , as basis for the rating.
CIA’s sampling took a strategic circum navigatory methodology that touched artisans, traders, scholars, politicians and diverse professionals belied to sum up the Ogun electorate.
For the records, Dr. Omosanya holds a PhD in advanced information technology and management and was born in Ijebu Ode area of Ogun State.
His glorious intent to grow the state through technology and link the state for economic boom through road and rail systems stand him out among his political peers.
