BUSINESS: ACADA ARCADE SHOPPING MALL – NOT JUST OUTSTANDING, BUT ASTOUNDING – SET FOR BUSINESS

The Acada Arcade Shopping Complex situate opposite LASU gate, along the ever busy Lasu / Isheri expressway, Lagos, is fast becoming gold as was told.
It has moved from being an expansive virgin land, to becoming a real estate statement which will exist as an industry enviable specimen for a long time.
The developers, PeeDeep Arcade Property Ltd must have put in zeal uncommon, professionalism to attain this feat, which is why stakeholders or subscribers are already in for a pleasant surprise.

On 5th December, in its bid to sustain a high level of corporate integrity and fidelity, the 3rd Stakeholders Forum was held, but this time, with a greater funfair.
This edition was not just designed to traditionally tender the extent of progress of the project, and to present necessary documents to subscribers who have been allotted business spaces; it coincided with the strategic birthday celebration for the MD and other staffers.
The day also featured traditional dances, which were used to entertain allottees, partners of the company, families and friends.
It was a grand presentation that by all appearance, was an end of the year fiesta.

Speaking that day, the Managing Director, Kingsley Umoh Col.(Rtd), business man and real estate tactician, stated; “PeeDeep Arcade Property Ltd is a special purpose vehicle in a joint venture with the Nigerian Army Post Service Housing Development Ltd.
“The idea behind the stakeholders gathering is simply to adequately present extent and depth of success to the subscribers who are the funders of the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex project.
“This end year edition is the 3rd version, and as usual, a number of off takers collected documents as allottees.
“We only got what I can call an impetus funding from Jaiz Bank when we began this project.
“Subscribers have been our financiers , which is why we owe them continuous analysis as we go.”

Expressing delight on the level of progress, Umoh proudly presented the complex as an emerging huge success, judging by the number of blocks already set for business and those rapidly undergoing construction, stating that when it manifests with its full infrastructure, it will burst with a dazzling ambience.
Picturing Acada Arcade’s long run magnificence, particularly due to its unique features, he boasted that those who knew or who got wind of the opportunity, but refused to subscribe, would regret.
Umoh further proudly highlighted the availability of a Creche for babies in the entire design, created to tend and pamper babies while sales and purchase go on, on daily basis. “The possibility of buyers or customers to park vehicles just by the block of the complex they are shopping, apart from the general car park, is an awesome phenomenon”, he noted.
Thanking all the partners, subscribers, staff, Umoh called all allottees to take advantage of the ready blocks to commence business.
“One of the greatest things to ever happen in the annals of shopping malls in Nigeria will greet beneficiaries of our project; and this will be the application of renewable energy or alternative energy to also power the shopping arcade.
“No one needs individual power generators known for pollution, and subscribers will be billed according to consumption” , he finalized.
