The Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, the latest expansive commercial hub of Peedeep Arcade Properties Ltd, was agog yesterday as the real estate giant held its first Allocation Ceremony in 2026.
The complex strategically sited opposite the Lagos State University gate along the Lasu – Isheri expressway played host to a myriad of corporate organisations and individuals, and sundry stakeholders, as the company celebrated its latest allottees, an occasion which proved the company’s sustainability culture.
Recall that the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex resulted from professionalism, integrity , enviable pedigree, superb team work and commitment to excellence, thus the reason all allottees are openly or widely celebrated to prove credibility.
Speaking at yesterday’s event , the Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Peedeep Arcade Properties Ltd, Kingsley Umoh, Col, retd, re-emphasized the company’s commitment to quality delivery and culture of keeping promises.
He also urged subscribers to endeavour to meet the 70% instalment benchmark, a stage he pointed guarantees ownership of a specified space in the company.
Umoh clarified that though various instalments bring you into the arcade, only hitting the requisite percentage seals the deal.
” If you attain 70% you can take your spot and even start business.
” You will then be given 6 months to complete payment, but you cannot rent or re sell your space when you have yet to make full payment”, he emphasized.
Amid celebrations, the allottees numbering 38, made up of corporate bodies and individuals received their allocation documents ( Deeds of Assignment ).
There were lots of other gift items for everyone.
Specially, the subscribers who took part in the Easter and Eid promo of the company got gifts such as huge and qualitative TV set, Deep Freezer, Air Fryers, Electric Kettles etc.
Education giants – PrimeTouch School , that was introduced as the biggest investors or subscribers at the Acada Arcade made the list of celebrants.
