Hon. Oludare Emmanuel Bankole ( Banky for Sure ) , African Democratic Congress, ADC candidate for the Lagos State House of Assembly, Alimosho Constituency 02, has solicited maximum support from the people for the desired victory come 2027.
According to the glaringly elated politician who hailed massive party members during the unveiling, flag presentation and campaign flag off last Sunday , held at Ipaja area of Alimosho, the time for overwhelming support is now when the candidates are pursuing victory in the general election.
Speaking shortly after collecting the flag at the ceremony attended by southwest, state , and local govt leaders , he stressed his readiness to serve the people and inject sanity into a democratic system that is wobbling.
Hon. Bankole said that after serving Nigeria as a military man in peace and war times, he is surrendering to contribute to governance in Nigeria starting with meaningful and impactful legislative efforts for the people of Alimosho Constituency 02 in the Lagos Assembly.
” I am volunteering to serve in this capacity seeing how badly democracy is going here”, Bankole affirmed.
He mentioned the Govt Technical College in Alimosho as one area of focus where good leadership can electrify the youths through proper training and empowerment, to become technologically productive.
Bankole added by asking, ” who says that students and graduates of the Technical College cannot produce batteries or even telephones, if given the desired governmental backing?”
Further, Hon. Bankole queried why the problem of flooding continues to ravage areas of Alimosho when simple govt action can eradicate it.
” These are some of the reasons I and my other ADC candidates are here to make the world of Alimosho a standard for emulation for all others who want to achieve a better, peaceful and functional Nigeria”, he emphasized.
He however thanked all the party leaders for coming from all over the southwestto make the unveiling spectacular.
