Sequel to the aforementioned sensational misrepresentation premised on infactualities, the Council of Ndieze, Lagos State, under the leadership of EZE AGBAWODIKEIZU NWALOZIE, Ezendigbo, Ikeja Local Government Area, make pertinent, to put things in it’s real percepective.
That while we acknowledge the negative impact of the proliferation of the stool of EZENDIGBO in Lagos State, it is also very pertinent, to rebutt the aforementioned assertion, by one Chris Offia, who parades himself as Ezendigbo, in Ibeju Lekki, as he is an interloper and therefore, unknown to the council of Ndieze, Lagos State, been a product of an entity, unknown to LAW.
Let me reiterate, that OHANEZE NDIGBO, is alien to the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as it is not registered and therefore, is an unknown entity, to the rudimentalities of the extant laws,
being an extraneous Association, that cannot sue nor be sued, and therefore, does not exist as a legal entity, before the extant laws, therefore any act requiring the preclusivity of the law, including but not limited to, the crown of Ezendigbo, done by OHANEZE, is a product of illegality, and therefore, null and void, before the law.
Our platform, Igbo Speaking Community, Lagos State, is a registered FRANCHISE, with the Corporate Affairs Commission ( CAC), with REGISTRATION Number 11, 534, of 13th day of October, 1998, and according to Article Seven (7) 3:2 and Article 21, of the constitution of Igbo Speaking community, Lagos State, deposited with the corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), they canvassed and was granted powers, amongst others, to confer on deserving sons of Igboland, the TITLE of EZENDIGBO, in Lagos State.
Any other body or Association engaging in the conferment of Ezendigbo, in Lagos State, is but an usurper, and we shall henceforth deploy all legal means to counter such subterfuge brigandage, including, but not limited to seeking a legal interpretations and redress, in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Let it also be noted that OHANEZE, like AFENIFERE and AREWA Consultative forum, have no business, in crowning kings, but because we have some Ndigbo that disdains decorum, ethos and protocols, they leverage on impunity, no matter how debasing, for peculiarities and personal aggrandizement, but we shall henceforth challenge the status quo.
While the council of Ndieze, Lagos State under my superintedence, is working to sanitize the bastardization of the sacred stool of EZENDIGBO in Lagos State, may i inform the discerning public, that only Ndieze crowned by the people under the aegies of Igbo Speaking community, Lagos State, have the mandate of representation of the people, as we are now poised to wield the big stick, in containing the rascality and miscreancy of the so many personalities, parading themselves, albeit, falsely as Ezendigbo, thereby, desecrating and maligning the exalted ancestral importance of the Ezeship, within the framework of Igbo tradition.
Ndigbo in Lagos State, should therefore, be rest assured, that we shall rescue the declining image and prestige of the stool of EZENDIGBO, as envisaged, by the founders of Igbo Speaking community, Lagos State, who came up with the noble intention, some two decades ago, while pledging my sincere assurances and that of the entire, council of Ndieze, Lagos State.
