As the 16th matriculation and convocation ceremony held at the main campus of the Joint Professionals and Training Support International, JPTS, Ijako, Ogun state, at the weekend, the President of the institute, Prof.Christopher Imumolen launched a two billion naira education scholarship fund for entertainers in the entertainment industry of Nigeria.

According to Imumolen, the fund is strategic to place those entertainment stars who hitherto thought they can no longer get tertiary education, back in the academic system.
He noted that with the scholarship, a lot of them will grow in scholastic learning while prospering in their career.
The fund according him is also meant to empower some other youths who are talented in other spheres.
Imumolen noted that it is high time Nigeria started to rank as one of the countries of the world with a high population of learned citizens, stressing that education is light and development.

He used the medium to urge the Nigerian youths to go all out to get their voters cards in order to be part of the political revolution and strategic leadership restructuring that will happen in 2023, stressing that all the youths that constitute his fans base must show how much they love him by getting their PVC’s, adding that the online registration portals of INEC has made all things easy for Nigerians.
Penultimate week, Prof.Christopher Imumolen declared his presidential ambition in Abuja at the Women Development Center where he also affirmed that Nigeria needs a new crop of leaders.

Popular musicians such as Small Doctor and B- Red, who were also the first beneficiaries of the scholarship, entertained the mammoth graduands and matriculants at the event thronged by national and international dignitaries.
