PeeDeep Arcade Properties Limited (PAPL) hereby informs its esteemed subscribers, investors, and the general public of a price increase in the sales price per square meter for shop units at the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, located along the LASU–Ojo axis, Lagos.
This price increase takes effect from January 2026.

According to the press release signed by the company’s Head – Marketing, Funmi Odetola, the price increase is driven by prevailing economic realities, including rising construction costs, statutory charges, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades required to deliver a functional and sustainable commercial environment. PHDL remains committed to ensuring that subscribers continue to receive commensurate value for their investment.

New Price Structure
Ground Floor Shop Units
• New Price: ₦1,000,000 per square meter
• This reflects a 25% increase, inclusive of construction cost increases, Value Added Tax (7.5%), and infrastructure contributions (7.5%).

First Floor Shop Units
• New Price: ₦900,000 per square meter
• This reflects a 28.5% increase, inclusive of construction cost increases, Value Added Tax (7.5%), and infrastructure contributions (7.5%).

These prices are all-inclusive and reflect the enhanced scope of construction and infrastructure delivery at the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex. As part of ongoing development works, critical infrastructure—most notably the transformer installation project—is currently underway to ensure a reliable and stable power supply for businesses within the complex.

PeeDeep Arcade Properties Limited appreciates the patience, understanding, and continued trust of its subscribers and stakeholders. We remain steadfast in our commitment to transparency, quality delivery, and long-term value creation.
