As compassion, unity and grassroots service define the emerging profile of an Alimosho woman of influence
At a time when many communities are yearning for leaders who can bridge divisions, restore confidence and reconnect the people with genuine leadership, Hon. Ola Olusola Motunrayo also known as Arike Ayekooto is emerging as a voice of compassion and community development in Alimosho.

Described by admirers as a woman with a “golden heart,” Motunrayo has continued to attract attention for her passion for the people and her willingness to identify with the challenges confronting residents at the grassroots.

Her story is increasingly becoming that of a woman who understands that leadership is not measured by titles alone, but by the number of lives touched and the bridges built.

Mending the Falling Fence
Alimosho is a vast and diverse community, bringing together people of different backgrounds, interests and aspirations. Like every growing urban community, it faces social and economic challenges capable of creating cracks in the relationship between the people and those who seek to represent them.

It is against this backdrop that Motunrayo’s supporters have adopted the metaphor of “mending Alimosho’s falling fence” to describe her growing community engagement.

For them, the fence represents unity, trust, cooperation and the collective interest of the people. Where there are cracks, they believe there must be someone willing to step forward and repair them.

That, they say, is where Motunrayo’s strength lies.

Leadership With a Human Face

Rather than seeing community service as an occasional responsibility, Motunrayo is portrayed by those around her as someone who believes that genuine leadership begins with empathy.
Her interactions with residents, concern for the less privileged and interest in grassroots development have continued to strengthen her connection with the people.

To her admirers, she represents a different dimension of leadership, one that places humanity before personal recognition.

They argue that Alimosho needs leaders who will not only speak for the people but also listen to them, understand their concerns and stand with them when it matters most.

*Beyond Politics*

While public service often comes with political undertones, the growing profile of Motunrayo is increasingly being discussed beyond partisan politics.
Her supporters believe that community development should be a collective responsibility and that the welfare of residents should remain the ultimate priority, regardless of political affiliation.
This philosophy, they say, explains why she has been able to connect with people across different sections of the community.

*A Woman to Watch*

As Alimosho continues to expand, expectations from community leaders are also rising. Residents want representation that delivers not only promises but also hope, inclusion and tangible impact.

For Motunrayo, the road ahead may present its own challenges. But if the goodwill and support surrounding her continue to grow, she could become an increasingly important figure in the conversation about grassroots leadership in Alimosho.

Her message, as portrayed by her admirers, is simple: the people matter.
And in a community where the fence may appear to be falling in places, Hon. Ola Olusola Motunrayo is being presented as the woman with the heart, courage and determination to help mend it, one relationship, one intervention and one community at a time.

In Alimosho, the fence may have cracks, but the hope of rebuilding it remains alive.
