Leadership observer and serial researcher, Prince Okedele Timothy Olusegun has vowed to bring quantum foreign investors into Nigeria.
The Osun state born development practitioner who is also the Osun chapter chair of the National Association of Small Scale Industrialists, NASSI, declared this yesterday on a chat with Timeswatch in Osogbo.
According to him, the investors are keen for the Energy, Agro and Health sectors, stressing that they will ensure clean and sustainable energy, all- year- round food production and solution to critical health challenges respectively.
“These investors are ready with adequate funds to undertake the projects in their areas of interests.
“They are tested technologists from China, India, Singapore, Russia, Germany, United Kingdom, USA, South Korea , etc whose inputs will result in the much awaited economic panacea critical to our national growth”, Okedele stated.
Delighted, he further expressed confidence in the person of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu whom he referred to as an icon of determination that has come to retrogression or economic stagnancy.
“As a patriot, I have always pursued ideas that will move Nigeria forward.
“My appeal to Mr. President is that the interests of private sector initiators should be duly considered by way of Intellectual Property Protection, IPP, so that more volunteers will put in their bests for their fatherland.
Okedele averred that with these steps, Nigeria will leapfrog its production status and bade goodbye to economic precariousness.
