For remarkable difference and to create a global attraction for this year’s Isese (tradition) day, His Spiritual Majesty, Oba Barry Olorunfemi Abejide Orishadahun, Oba Aala worldwide and Aworo Olomuooke Agbon of Omuooke-Ekiti, Ekiti state, has beckoned on all traditionalists to converge in Ilorin, Kwara state, on August 20, 2023.
This call followed a directive from the temple of traditions in Ile-Ife for a momentous traditional religion fiesta.
According to Orishadahun, the choice of Kwara state for this year’s Isese day is to showcase the rising trend and fortune in the traditional religion circle of Nigeria.
He also emphasised that the venue would be central and big enough to accommodate the massive convergence who will gather for greater unity and direction, at a time that the religion seeks substantial government recognition and pursues global relevance.
Speaking further, he stated that the time for traditional religion to take its rightful place to prove that it was and remains the true path to follow has come.
Orishadahun however appealed to all adherents to embrace unity and prepare for a historical outing this year.
