Top real estate firm, G and J Properties, last week, received a meritorious pat on the back as an Outstanding Sales Performer, OSP, at a special awards ceremony organised by Real Estate Millionaire Realtors Ltd.

The event which attracted the Creme De La Creme of the real estate industry has launched G and J Properties into the limelight as realtors with integrity and distinction.
Celebrating the laurel and unique feat, brand legend of G and J, Mrs.Anane Grace Tamarauemi, told Timeswatch correspondent, that the award is a sign of greater things to come, especially as the firm sees it as a pedestal for greater height. stressing that her advent into the real estate world in 2021 has opened a new vista of corporate economic opportunities.
According to her, helping clients to achieve their dreams of ownership and seeing the flow of joy and relief on their faces, was a big motivation, apart from the high income incentives.
“Watching clients rejoice and melt into the realm of fulfilment was a huge accomplishment that was indeed deeply rewarding”, Tamarauemi intoned.

Reacting to her rating of the real estate genre in Nigeria, in juxtaposition with other sectors, she proudly and succinctly pointed that faultless statistics indicate real estate as Nigeria’s mainstay – a top investment choice, accounting over 60% real estate transactions (Lagos alone), with properties in Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki experiencing an annual appreciation of 10-25%.
She however called on govt to put in place regulatory framework that promotes transparency and accountability to bolster investors’ confidence.

“Everywhere in Lagos are avalanche of house or real estate agents who are not licensed.
“This situation allows for real estate scams, and wanes trust, especially when foreign investors are involved, thereby putting unnecessary pressure on bonafide practitioners to seal deals.
“Regulatory framework will ensure consumer protection and professionalism”, she buttressed.

Describing G and J Properties as current rave and haven for quality, where beyond the norms customer good is guaranteed, Tamarauemi urged contemporaries to embrace best practices and seek ways to be distinctive in an ever evolving domain that real estate is.
She therefore dedicated the award to God Almighty, her supportive husband, numerous clients, and assured the world that G and J is yet emerging into positive prominence as a real estate giant; hailing Dr. Olufunke Kehinde, President of Real Estate Millionaires Group, as one role model too many.
