The government of Ekiti state today swore in newly elected Executive Chairmen to man the local councils.
The inauguration took place at the Jibowu Pavilion of the governor’s office, Ado Ekiti.
Hon. Chief Julius Abayomi Folowosele (JAF), the Akeweje of Ijero Land, was amongst the newly decorated council executives.
The Deputy Governor of Ekiti state, Her Excellency, Chief Mrs. Monisade Afuye performed the ceremony in the presence of other functionaries.
The venue was thronged by party bigwigs, supporters etc.
Hon. Julius Abayomi Folowosele won the LG election in Ijero Ekiti against the now ousted incumbent, Hon. Adeola Adeyemo.
