The occasion which took place Friday at the complex, around the entrance of the Nigerian Army Post Service Housing Estate, Opp. LASU gate, Ojo, Lagos attracted stakeholders, media by professionals, friends, families of allottees, and members of the public.
During the opening speech, Chief Executive Officer of Peedeep Arcade Properties Ltd, Col. Kingsley Umoh (Rtd) described Acada Arcade as an exceptional piece of real estate for exceptional clients, and hailed the subscribers and investors as clairvoyant humans with capacity to see excellence even at its embryonic stage, explaining that the the project is a simple showcase of affordability.
Umoh affirmed that Arcada arcade is a redefined modern market that parades features that facade its affordability, hence an earlier impression that it is a place for only big men (those with so much money) when it is so pocket friendly .
