A Christian group, International Council of Bishops and Apostles for Africa Regeneration, ICABAR has launched the United States of Nigeria initiative, a campaign birthed to stop all divisive trends in Nigeria, for collective growth and prosperity.

ICABAR, a wing of the United Gospel Churches Association of Nations, UGCAN, penultimate week, made this history at the venue of Fathers of the Nations award, in Lagos, an event which was used to honour God fearing patriots, who as men, have painstakingly contributed to pursuing a great and peaceful Nigeria.

President of Icabar, Bishop Wilson U. Wokocha, speaking of USN, emphasized that the time for all Nigerians to come together, no matter the tribe or religion, to achieve a great and safe nation, has come.

International Prelate of UGCAN, Bishop Dr. Priscilla Otuya, contributed saying that Nigeria is at a juncture when her citizens must forgive , jettison all ugly past, and align as God’s people to foster unity, peace and shared prosperity.

According to Otuya, Icabar is ready for collaborations in this bid.
More so , she asserted the readiness of the group to partner with govt in ensuring the success of the campaign which must meet strategic needs in this critical era of Nigeria.
Participants and awardees alike hailed the initiative, describing it as a milestone stride and super private sector effort poised for national regeneration and rapid nation building.
