As forces of insecurity continue to ravage most parts of the Southeast, Imo state born Esther Chidima Ihejiamatu – Tudonu has joined the voices lamenting the spate and seeking govt cover for herself and her family at large.

The 38 – year old Mgbidi, Imo state born citizen, during a press encounter, called on govt to take holistic and sincere actions against those committing forms of terror, shedding innocent blood in rural and urban settings in the name of secession agitation.
Esther who also recently condemned explosions in parts of the east that claimed and maimed lives, expressed concern over what she termed age long home threat; emphasizing that her lineage faces a seemingly existential threat from a group of unknown invaders collaborating with locals operating under the aegis of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB.

According to her, her grandparents were sent a strange emissary long ago to desist from opposing attempts of some alien persons using their village bushes as operational base for their kidnappings and killings, and he insisted on towing the path of righteousness and justice.
Esther noted that Pa Ihejiamatu and wife were slain gruesomely while she was still a teen, in one of family farms in the village, stressing that their family residence was torched in the weeks that followed.
She said sequel, everyone scampered, especially seeing that what used to feature in movies and news was happening while the law enforcement agents paid cosmetic attention.

In Esther’s words, ” Some of our family members who made frantic efforts to fight the sanguinary covert schemes through certain law enforcement strategies then, even got threatened in faraway Lagos where they relocated to.
“The ugly trend continued through the years as our people, young and old, were labeled rebels and made targets, simply because our grand parents chose not to align with evil doers.
“As a lady, I had to move into a neighbouring West Africa nation where I erk out a living, and where I find succour, abandoning my dreams at home, because of the vicious circle. home, everywhere. ”

On the recent killing of one of her cousins, Mr. Ihedigbo Christopher Ihejiamatu after burning his property, Esther wailed that it appears that blood letting evil doers are overwhelming the country, and that the govt needs to call for help if necessary.
In tears Esther asked, “How else can one explain that a man went home to sue for peace and sanity, and the next thing – some soulless people murdered him , just for being a descendant of their dead and buried enemy; for refusing to embrace the Biafra agitation?”.

Sobbing Esther noted that she presently considers the next person to her as a potential killer, due to fear, stating that chapters of IPOB have began to spring overtly and covertly even where I am, situation she noted could spell doom for her, particularly as the said a member could spot and identify her for elimination barbarically.
“We do not even know who to trust now that killers even parade in official security uniforms, here and there, and get supports from corrupt officials.
“It makes one mad how an evil system that requires everybody’s participation has been allowed to grow here in Africa, affecting generations.
” Why must some faceless blood suckers desire us to be in their evil vanguard forcefully?”,
she ended.
