The Unique Open University, UOU, Ojo, Lagos, one of the latest entrants into the league of Nigerian citadels of tertiary learning, will be officially inaugurated on 4th November.

The occasion which has already elicited excitement among stakeholders due to the great history of the school’s owners, promises to bring together the creme de la creme, not just of the education sector, but also from diverse sectors of Nigeria.

Holding at the main campus of the institution in Ojo, Lagos, the inauguration according to fillers, will mark the epochal opening of a long awaited academic vista through which countless Nigerian families will access strategic educational training.

Penultimate week, the institution recorded victory over contemporaries like UNILAG, YABATECH, LASUTECH, etc in a Flag Football competition held in Ikeja, Lagos, to stamp an early authority as one outfit set to stand distinctive.
With the inauguration, the management of the UOU will formally fling its doors open to bridge the wide gulf in the education sector of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Its founder, Professor Christopher Imumolen parades fascinating academic records, and remains one rising Nigerian leadership technocrat poised to accelerate national integration, facilitate positive governance reform, and foster industrial revolution for shared prosperity.
