The Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos will play host to diverse clergymen when the launch of International Council of Apostles and Bishops for Africa Regeneration holds in Nigeria soon.
From the stables of United Gospel Churches Association of Nations, Nigerian – American Partnership Network for Faith – Driven Artisans, Tradespersons and Social Enterpreneurs, the crucial launch with the theme, ” Empowering Faith: Transitioning Christian Preachers to Social Entrepreneurship” comes up on 11th July, 2024.

The focus of this landmark gathering is to address the urgent need for Christian preachers to transit from traditional ministry models to social entrepreneurship, a shift essential for fostering sustainable development and economic empowerment within our communities, aligning with the Gospel’s call to serve and uplift the marginalized.

Highlights of the event will be keynote addresses by renowned apostles and bishops; workshops on social entrepreneurship for Christian leaders ; networking opportunities with faith- driven artisans and tradespersons; inspirational sessions on integrating faith with business principles.
Other vital issues such as the need for Christian preachers to stop monetizing the work of God; a critical approach towards addressing recent – time commercialisation of Christian ministry – monster strongly overshadowing the true purpose of spreading the gospel and serving others.

Therefore, as measures to rewrite the narrative and effect a paradigm shift, the International Council will pursue innovative solutions to social problems through entrepreneurial principles, which will explore christian avenues to create sustainable business models, that address community needs, while upholding Christian values.
