The Christ Apostolic Church, CAC, ‘Ibudo Ihinrere’, Egan, Lagos state, recently held its annual thanksgiving service at the church’s auditorium.

The annual fiesta designed to uncommonly give thanks to God for his mercy and faithfulness came under the theme, “Who is Like Unto Thee – Exodus 15:11”.

The program attracted worshippers and dignitaries from different walks and denominations who got the praise and worship treats of their lives from this energetic and joyous CAC family who were geared by the amazing choristers and instrumentalists.

The atmosphere was charged with endless prayers and songs of praise, until it was time to wine and dine.

The Minister in Charge, Evangelist (Prophet) David Olatunde expressed joy and diligently explained that the theme of the annual thanksgiving was inspired by the situations facing the people of God.

According to Prophet Olatunde, the theme was perfectly chosen to proclaim God’s dominion and faithfulness in all trials.

He further stated despite the church is giving thanks because God had ensured triumph in the face of tribulations, stressing his personal experience in the last few years which later saw the hand of God is a major testimony to God’s goodness.

Prophet David used the occasion to call on all people of God to rely on God as they face crises, urging Nigerian leaders to realise the supremacy of God and his ability to rescue his children everywhere from their oppressors.

He therefore prayed all Nigerians to live in faith and trust that God will turn the leaders aright from his throne of mercy.

Ending, he saluted all the groups of the Church, the committees and all the guests who made the celebration unique.
