Real estate giant, Peedeep Arcade Properties Ltd , owners of Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, Ojo ,Lagos, today unveiled a new price regime to its teeming subscribers.
The new sales price alert which takes effect from Aug 17 is laden with comnensurate quantum values common with PAPL.
The price increment alert was contained in a press statement signed by PAPL’s Head of Marketing, Funmi Odetola.
It reads;
” PeeDeep Arcade Properties Limited (PAPL), hereby informs its esteemed subscribers, investors, and the general public of a price increase in the sales price per square meter for shop units at the Acada Arcade Shopping Complex, located along the LASU–Ojo axis, Lagos. .
” This price increase takes effect from 17th August, 2026.
” The price increase is driven by prevailing economic realities, including rising construction costs, statutory charges, and ongoing infrastructure upgrades required to deliver a functional and sustainable commercial environment. *New Price: ₦1,200,000 per square meter
*First Floor Shop Units
• New Price: ₦1100,000 per square meter
