Her Royal Excellency, Dr. Priscilla Otuya, Chief Executive Officer of Mothers of the Nations Global Communications Limited, also known as The Company of Women, the first female President of the United Gospel Churches Association of Nigeria, and Convener of the Annual President’s Forum for Faith-Based Initiatives, paid a courtesy visit to the Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany in Lagos, Mr. Daniel Krull, as part of strategic engagements ahead of the African Forum for Young and Emerging Female Presidents and CEOs, scheduled to hold on March 8, 2026, in Lagos, Nigeria.

The engagement provided an opportunity for constructive dialogue on leadership development, women’s participation in governance and enterprise, youth inclusion, and Africa–Europe cooperation in advancing sustainable development outcomes.

Key among the discussions was the importance of sensitizing relevant institutions, development organizations, and policy stakeholders on the distinction between faith-based initiatives and religious institutions, particularly within development and governance frameworks. Emphasis was placed on the role of faith-driven social enterprises, led by young and emerging presidents and CEOs, in contributing positively to inclusive socio-economic development, employment generation, social cohesion, and community resilience.

Her Royal Excellency highlighted the African Forum for Young and Emerging Female Presidents and CEOs as a continental platform designed to prepare and position African women for leadership at the highest levels of public service, enterprise, and global engagement through mentorship, policy dialogue, and cross-sector collaboration.

The Forum, billed for March 8, 2026, aligns with International Women’s Day, underscoring its focus on women’s leadership, equity, and sustainable impact.

Mothers of the Nations Global Communications Limited (The Company of Women) is a pan-African leadership and social transformation organization committed to empowering women to influence governance, enterprise, and nation-building across generations.

Further information on the Forum and related engagements will be communicated in due course.
