Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited has recently issued provisional allocation documents , and provided space to its subscribers at Acada Arcade Shopping Mall, located at directly opposite LASU Ojo, Lasu – Isheri expressway, Lagos State; a release signed by Funmi Odetola, Head of Marketing revealed.
This took place during the Allocation Exercise that attracted media practitioners and dignitaries from diverse walks of life, held to celebrate the project’s milestones.
The company used the occasion to reaffirm its commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable properties, accessible to all Nigerians regardless of their financial standing.
During the event, 27 subscribers received their documents and were officially allocated their spaces within the Acada Arcade Shopping Mall.
Col. Kingsley Umoh (Rtd), CEO of Peedeep Arcade Properties Limited, revealed that the subscribers who had completed at least 70% of their payments were eligible to receive provisional allocation documents. He further stated that these subscribers can now move into their allocated spaces, as the construction of the first phase has been completed.
“This project is a world-class development, a joint venture with Post Service Housing Development Limited,” said Col. Umoh. “Intending subscribers have nothing to worry about as it is secure, strategically located, offers ample parking space, and combines luxury with affordability.”
He went on to highlight that the event was organized to celebrate early subscribers who placed their trust in the project. He also reassured both current and prospective subscribers that the shopping mall offers robust security, uninterrupted power supply, efficient waste management, and ample parking spaces for customers.
“We are grateful to our subscribers for believing in us. Today, I want to assure you that we will meet your expectations and make you proud. If you ever doubted your ability to own property in Lagos, that’s what we’re here to change—you can now own a piece of Lagos,” Col. Umoh stated.
Maj. Gen. JD Omali, Managing Director of Post Service Housing Development Limited, emphasized the benefits of the project for Nigerians, noting that Acada Arcade provides an easily accessible shopping destination, especially for those living in the Army Post Housing Estate in Ojo, as well as the surrounding areas.
Subscriber and businessman Ebere Okafor, who also owns a shop in Alaba Market, shared his excitement about the new mall. He mentioned that parking and accessibility issues, common in Alaba, will not be a problem at Acada Arcade, making it a prime location for both businesses and customers.
The Chairman of the occasion, Colonel Toks (retd), commended Peedeep Arcade Properties for completing the first phase of the project. He predicted that the shopping mall will soon become a commercial hub, attracting visitors from across the state and beyond due to its strategic location, accessibility, and security.
