The Executive Chairman of Ijero Local Government, Ekiti state, Hon. Chief Julius Abayomi Folowosele, has inaugurated the newly elected councillors to comprise the council’s legislature.
Rising from this august political leadership activity held in the legislators’ chamber, the Chairman who was obviously elated urged the latest Councillors to be up and doing in representing their people and in rendering their services of law making.
Further, Folowosele urged them to equally be cooperative towards ensuring good governance.
At the occasion were the the Executive Chairmen of Irede and Esoobe Local Council Development Areas, Hon. Ayodele Awe, Hon. Kole Ayeni respectively.
Earlier in the month, Ijero Ekiti LGA hosted a security summit at the instance of the Executive Chairman over the worsening state of security in Ekiti and beyond.
